Is there a minimum term?

No, it's a rolling monthly contract with no fixed term. You can cancel any time by contacting us by phone on 01773 424563 or by email at info@kasenergyltd.co.uk.

Can I cancel?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. However, your included annual boiler service is only provided once you have been an active plan member for 12 continuous months. What does the annual service include?

Your annual service covers a full boiler inspection, combustion and safety checks, system health check and efficiency check. You will receive digital paperwork after every visit.

When will my first service be booked?

Your first included annual service is booked once you have been an active plan member for 12 continuous months. A member of the KAS Energy team will contact you at that point to arrange a convenient time. From then on, we handle your yearly reminders.

Is there a call-out fee on top of the plan?
