What to Expect on the Day

The survey is a no pressure visit. There is no obligation to go ahead, no hard sell and no rushed decisions.

Here is what happens:

We come to you

One of our Gas Safe registered engineers will visit at an agreed time. They will introduce themselves, take a look around and ask a few straightforward questions about your heating and how the home runs.

We assess your current setup

The engineer will check your existing boiler, the pipework, water pressure and the space available for the new installation. This takes around 30 to 45 minutes and causes no disruption to your home.

We give you a clear recommendation

Based on what we find, we will recommend the right boiler for your home and explain why. No jargon, no upselling - just a straightforward explanation of what will work best.

You get a written quote

Before we leave, or shortly after, you will receive a full written quote covering everything included in the installation. No hidden extras, no surprises.
