1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KAS Energy Ltd website and our boiler installation, repair, and plumbing services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Our Services
KAS Energy Ltd provides:
- Boiler installation and replacement
- Boiler repairs and servicing
- Central heating installation and repairs
- Plumbing services
- Bathroom installation
All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers (Registration No. 532952).
3. Quotations
All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information provided and a visual inspection of the work area. Additional costs may apply if unforeseen circumstances arise during the work.
4. Booking and Scheduling
Appointments are subject to availability. We will make every reasonable effort to attend at the agreed time, but we cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to the nature of our work. We will contact you if there are any delays.
5. Payment Terms
- For boiler installations: A deposit may be required to secure your booking and order equipment.
- Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless finance arrangements have been made.
- We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments.
- Finance options are available through Phoenix Financial Consultants Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
Our work comes with the following guarantees:
- Workmanship: 12-month guarantee on all labour
- Boiler warranties: Up to 12 years manufacturer warranty (varies by model)
- Parts: Covered by manufacturer warranties
Warranties are subject to annual servicing by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a booking with at least 48 hours' notice without charge. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a call-out fee. Once work has commenced, you will be charged for any work completed and materials used.
8. Access and Property
You must provide clear access to the work area and ensure someone over 18 is present during the work. We will take reasonable care to protect your property but cannot be held liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or necessary access requirements.
9. Health and Safety
Our engineers follow all relevant health and safety regulations. If unsafe conditions are discovered (such as gas leaks or dangerous installations), we are legally obligated to make the situation safe, which may involve additional work or disconnecting appliances.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAS Energy Ltd's liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for consequential losses, loss of profit, or indirect damages.
11. Complaints

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
